Sisanda Tuku is the Chief Executive Officer of THEZA Capital. She is responsible for the company strategy, leadership as well as the management of the operations. Sisanda has been in executive directorship roles within the company since 2009 when she joined and has led various ground-breaking transactions which have built our reputation and diversified our client base.

With over 15 years in the financial services sector, Sisanda has extensive experience in structured finance, capital raising, corporate finance, infrastructure financial advisory and public private partnerships. Her core technical skills include transaction structuring, financial modeling, valuations, financial analysis as well as contract negotiations.

Prior to joining the company, Sisanda was part of Investec Bank’s structured finance team where she was primarily responsible for funding transactions in the mid-market space including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and black economic empowerment deals.

Sisanda is a chartered accountant who holds a B Com degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, a B Com Honours degree from the University of Natal and a management diploma from Stellenbosch University. In 2016, she was selected to be part of the International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation Fellows Programme for emerging global leaders in conjunction with the Harvard and INSEAD Business Schools.

Sisanda currently serves on the boards of:
- Mahube Infrastructure Limited (previously known as GAIA Infrastructure Capital Limited), an infrastructure investment holding company listed on the JSE and serves as the chairperson of its Audit and Risk Committee

Anthony joined THEZA Capital in 2017 as a Fixed Income Executive. He has a lengthy track record of successful trading on Money Markets, complex Corporate and Government Bonds, dating back to 1978. From all these years of experience Anthony has built up an extensive client list and has the ability to provide excellent service, advice and execute orders on behalf of clients.

His key service offering includes broking Fixed Income and Money Market Instruments creating ideas and suggestions for clients, building relationships and being able to execute deals for clients in the market based on the trust that has been earned through the years. Anthony forms part of the debt capital markets team within THEZA Capital. Anthony has certifications from the SAIFM.

Marcia is a member of the Institute of Directors and has over 7 years of corporate finance experience and private equity. She has vast experience in financial analysis, due diligence reviews, infrastructure and capital projects, investment analysis, valuations and project management. Her key sectors experience include: public sector, construction, consumer business, ICT and financial services.

Prior to joining THEZA Capital, Marcia was an Investment Associate at Thesele Group, a private equity firm where her role included deal analysis, execution and monitoring. Prior to that, she was a manager in the Infrastructure and Capital Projects division of Deloitte Corporate Finance. Marcia started her advisory career as an intern at Utho Capital and later joined Utho Capital Fund Managers as a senior associate. Marcia has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Witwatersrand University, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of South Africa and a Master of Business Administration (cum laude) from MaryMount California University in the United States of America.

Sibongiseni joined THEZA Capital in 2017 and is responsible for Office Management and Administration. Her role is to ensure organizational effectiveness and smooth day to day running of the business. In her capacity, she works closely with the business development unit, responsible for the pitching process and documents. Sibongiseni holds a BA Degree from the Witwatersrand University.

THABISO GERALD RAMASIKE

NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Thabiso is an entrepreneur, strategist and leadership development guru. He has been a founder of a number of companies. As a former banking executive he has worked at four major banks in South Africa in retail, private, business and corporate banking. Thabiso is the executive chairman of Tuleka Group, a diversified holding company and sits on a number of boards. He also has vast experience in education, technology & innovation, mining supplies, insurance, and franchising.

He holds a B Comm which he obtained at the University of Johannesburg. In addition he is a Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa, (CAIB(SA)).

He has attended a Senior Executive Development Programme at GIBS as well as the Global Senior Executive Development Exchange Programme at the University of York and the Rotman Business School in Canada.
